Fante’s Kitchen Shop occupies a corner building marked by a faded, hand-painted sign that has advertised cooking supplies since nineteen oh six. Inside, the shelves are packed from floor to ceiling with copper pots, heavy pasta rollers, and specialized tools that fill every available inch. Gaetano Fante opened this store to serve the Italian immigrants settling in Bella Vista. His descendants still run the shop today, keeping the same wooden counters and narrow aisles that defined the business over a century ago.
