Founded in eighteen thirty, it began as a family operation in Provence, moving goods like olive oil and honey from local farms into urban kitchens. A young man named Felix Bremond once traveled these routes by horse, building a network of suppliers that still stocks the shelves today. The current shop keeps that original ledger system, tracking products back to specific family orchards.
