Parc Marcel Bich

The Parc Marcel Bich stretches across ground that once held the Bic factory. This is where the company moved in nineteen fifty-five, turning a former industrial plot into the global headquarters for the Cristal ballpoint pen. When the factory eventually relocated, the town converted the site into this park. A single, tall sculpture of a giant yellow pen stands near the entrance, marking the spot where employees once mass-produced the pens that became a standard fixture on desks around the world.
