The Tower Flower building features three hundred and eighty pots of bamboo attached to its balconies. These planters operate on an automatic irrigation system, turning the facade into a vertical garden that shifts colors with the seasons. Architect Edouard Francois designed this structure to integrate nature into the dense urban fabric of the seventeenth arrondissement. When the wind blows, the bamboo stalks sway against the white concrete frame, creating a rustling sound that isolates residents from the noise of the busy street below.
