Adidas Arena

stadium

The Adidas Arena features a distinct, honeycomb-like facade made of recycled aluminum and glass that sets it apart from the surrounding brick apartment blocks. Built for the twenty twenty-four Olympic Games, this venue serves as the permanent home for the Paris Basketball team. Before construction began, the site sat empty as a neglected railway yard for decades. The design team chose the geometric exterior pattern to echo the modular, industrial history of the railyards that once defined this corner of the city.
