Place Dalida

Place Dalida is a small, triangular intersection in Montmartre defined by a bronze bust of the Egyptian-born French singer Dalida. She lived just a few steps away on Rue d'Orchampt for over two decades. The square sits at the quiet junction of Rue de l'Abreuvoir and Rue Girardon, shaded by large trees. Locals often leave flowers at the base of the sculpture, which has become polished and bright where fans frequently touch the face of the bronze figure for good luck.
