The Paris International Agricultural Show, or Salon International de l'Agriculture, transforms the Porte de Versailles exhibition center into what is effectively the world's largest temporary farm. Every year, this venue hosts thousands of animals and over a thousand exhibitors, creating a bridge between rural producers and urban residents.
