The former textile factory known as Le Cent Quatre-Vingt-Treize stands out with its long, industrial red brick facade and large, grid-patterned windows along the Rue Anatole France. Built in the late nineteenth century, the building provided a workspace for the weavers who defined the economy of Le Pré-Saint-Gervais. Local families spent decades here operating looms before the factory shuttered in the nineteen eighties. It reopened years later as a workspace for creative businesses and design studios, keeping the original shell intact.
