Hebeda's

The facade of Hebeda’s is painted a deep, matte black, distinguishing it from the softer colors of the surrounding buildings in the Äußere Neustadt. Inside, the bar functions as a survivor of the neighborhood's transition after nineteen ninety. It opened in nineteen ninety-three, back when this area was a collection of squats and neglected tenements. Owner Lutz Hebeda filled the space with mismatched furniture and thrifted objects, creating a consistent aesthetic that defined the local bar culture during those formative years.
