Spoon and Stable

The exterior of Spoon and Stable features dark, weathered brick and massive arched windows that reflect the neighborhood's industrial roots. Before Gavin Kaysen transformed this space in twenty fourteen, it served as a horse stable in the early twentieth century. Later, it became a carriage house for the surrounding businesses. The heavy timber beams inside still hold the weight of those previous lives, keeping the history of the building present while the kitchen plates up modern French-inspired food for the current crowd.
