Butler Square is a massive, nine-story block of cream-colored brick punctuated by dark, uniform windows that run deep into the structure. Originally built in nineteen oh six as the Butler Brothers warehouse, it served as a primary distribution hub for dry goods across the Upper Midwest. Harry Butler relied on the nearby rail lines to move millions of dollars in merchandise annually. Today, the interior houses a sprawling atrium where timber beams and industrial brick remain exposed, preserving the heavy bones of wholesale commerce.
