Four Queens Hotel & Casino

landmark

The Four Queens Hotel and Casino displays a distinct facade of dark brick and gold trim, a deliberate break from the bright neon that defines the rest of Fremont Street. Ben Goffstein opened the doors in nineteen sixty-six, naming the property after his four daughters. While the casino expanded through the decades, the management kept the original brick exterior intact. It remains one of the few places in downtown Las Vegas that held onto its mid-century profile as the city around it grew.
