The three-story brick building on the corner of Broadway and First Avenue wears a faded, hand-painted sign that still reads Acme Feed and Seed. For decades, farmers arriving by boat or train unloaded sacks of grain and animal supplies here, moving inventory through a pulley system still visible today. John Rich converted the space into a restaurant and music venue, yet the original wood floors and heavy timber frame remain. You can still see the ghosts of its agricultural past in the exposed brick.
