The Fresque Végétale Lumière climbs the tall, narrow side of a building at the corner of Rue de l'Annonciade. It functions as a vertical garden, covering the wall in a grid of living plants fed by an automated irrigation system. At night, light sensors trigger a complex internal illumination, making the greenery glow against the darkness. This wall represents a collaboration between botanists and lighting designers who sought to turn an otherwise drab, windowless facade into a living, light-emitting piece of urban art.
