It holds the distinction of being one of the oldest and most refined houses in the Bayview neighborhood. The home remained under the ownership of the Quinn family for eighty-three years, serving as a quiet fixture of the community while the surrounding area transformed from a semi-rural landscape of dairies and slaughterhouses into a dense urban district.
