The Quinn House, standing at 1562 McKinnon Avenue, is a two-story Italianate wooden structure that dates back to approximately 1870. It holds the distinction of being one of the oldest and most refined houses in the Bayview neighborhood. The home remained under the ownership of the Quinn family for eighty-three years, serving as a quiet fixture of the community while the surrounding area transformed from a semi-rural landscape of dairies and slaughterhouses into a dense urban district.
