CAJÉ Coffee Roasters – Arlington

The charcoal-colored facade and the heavy, arched wooden doors of Cajé Coffee Roasters mark the entrance to what was once the historic Arlington Theatre lobby. While the rest of the theater complex hums with film festivals and concerts, this corner functions as an independent laboratory for high-end coffee. Inside, the ceiling reaches high above the espresso machines, retaining the original decorative plasterwork from the nineteen thirties. Baristas here often prepare drinks using cold-smoke infusion techniques that fill the room with drifting vapor.
