Two plus U rises as a thirty-eight story office tower featuring a distinct cantilevered section that hangs eighty-five feet above the street. Beneath this elevated mass, the developers created an open-air public plaza called the Urban Room. Rather than filling the ground level with private lobby space, they cleared the footprint to allow pedestrians to move between the neighboring buildings. It functions as a public gathering area where the glass tower above remains supported by steel trusses anchored to a central core.
