The Clever Little Tailor sits in a narrow, two-story stone building on Peel Street with a jagged, weathered exterior that leaves the brickwork exposed. Built in the late nineteenth century, the structure served for decades as a humble workshop and storage space for local tradesmen. In twenty-thirteen, the owners stripped back the interior layers to reveal the original stone bones, turning the former industrial storehouse into a small bar. It takes its name from a Brothers Grimm fairy tale about a quick-witted tailor.
