Presgrave Place is a narrow, dead-end alleyway in Melbourne where the walls are covered in framed pictures, small mirrors, and mismatched objects. It functions as an unofficial, rotating outdoor gallery. In two thousand and eleven, local artist Klara Mula began installing found frames to encourage public participation. People started adding their own prints, photos, and curiosities to the collection. Today, the alley holds hundreds of these works, constantly changing as visitors rearrange the frames or add new pieces to the brickwork.
