Parc Chance Milly

The Parc Chance-Milly occupies a sharp, triangular plot of land bounded by converging streets in Clichy. This small green space replaced the former workshops of the Lutetia factory, which manufactured pens and nibs throughout the early twentieth century. After the factory moved away, the city cleared the industrial wreckage to create a quiet residential park. A single, aging plane tree stands near the center of the lawn, a survivor from the days when the ground held heavy machinery instead of grass.
