Tour Alto

Tour Alto rises one hundred and sixty meters above the La Defense business district with a silhouette that defies standard skyscraper geometry. Its architects designed the tower to flare outward as it gains height, creating a shape that resembles a futuristic vase. Each of the thirty-eight floors extends twelve centimeters further than the one below it, which expands the floor plate from seven hundred square meters at the base to fifteen hundred square meters at the summit. This clever engineering allows the tower to maximize its footprint within the restricted space of its urban plot.
