Paul Didier Garden

The Paul Didier Garden features a series of iron trellises draped in climbing roses and wisteria, separating the graveled paths from the surrounding residential buildings. Before it became this public space, the land belonged to the private estate of the Pereire brothers, who were central figures in the development of the French railway system in the nineteenth century. The garden now serves as a quiet green pocket for the neighborhood, retaining the layout of the private park that once shaded their family mansion.
