Bierbuik

The white tiles covering the front of Bierbuik mimic the classic style of an old butcher shop, but the interior holds a brewery and a wood-fired kitchen. Florent Ladeyn, a local chef known for his work in the surrounding countryside, opened this spot to serve beer brewed right on-site. He insists on using ingredients sourced entirely from the French Flanders region. The menu changes based on the harvests of his local farmers, making the beer and the food a direct reflection of that soil.
