This shop began in nineteen thirty-three when Julián Colmenero arrived from Madrid to open a bakery. He focused on traditional cakes and marzipan, quickly becoming a fixture in the city. The family still runs the business today, maintaining the original recipes and the specific, old-fashioned aesthetic that drew customers to their counter nearly a century ago.
