The Gosea building features a distinctive, rounded facade that curves sharply toward the corner of the street, wrapped in sleek glass and metal cladding. It functions as a modern apartment complex, but the site previously held an older residential structure torn down during the rapid urban transformation of the Gros neighborhood. A local developer commissioned this design to maximize the tight corner plot, leading to the narrow, tapered shape that draws the eye toward the horizon line of the nearby beach.
