Corona Court is a narrow, circular lane in Ingleside Terraces defined by a sundial that sits at its center. Developers built it in nineteen thirteen on the site of a former racetrack, aiming to create a residential park with curving streets instead of a traditional grid. The land’s layout forced the architects to work with the natural slope of the terrain, resulting in these intimate, curving paths. Its centerpiece, the massive stone sundial, remains the largest of its kind in California.
