Paseo South Gulch

The Paseo South Gulch occupies a narrow strip of land where two historic brick warehouses meet a new glass tower. You can spot the development by the distinct contrast between the original, weathered masonry of the storefronts and the sharp, modern metal facade rising above them. Developers merged these nineteenth-century structures into a single path for pedestrians. When they excavated the site, workers unearthed industrial artifacts from the neighborhood’s era as a rail yard, including rusted spikes and remnants of iron rail lines.
