Bank Street Social

The Bank Street Social features a heavy, unmarked industrial door set directly into a gritty concrete facade. Beneath the sidewalk, this former bank vault preserves its thick steel reinforced walls and low, arched brick ceilings from the early twentieth century. When the bank moved out, the space sat dormant for years until contractors unearthed the original stone foundation during the renovation. Now, the bar serves local gin and wood-fired pizzas inside the belly of the old financial institution.
