The narrow, dark green storefront on Gresham Street stands out for its curved glass windows and the small, bistro-style tables huddled right against the brickwork. It operates as a French wine bar, squeezed into a space that once served as a mundane office corridor. Dominique Lentz opened these doors to recreate the atmosphere of his home in France, specifically sourcing an antique zinc bar top that dominates the room. It feels like a piece of Lyon transplanted into the middle of Adelaide.
