The R and B Brewing Company occupies a building distinguished by its tall, industrial roll-up garage door and the large, glowing red neon sign mounted on the exterior brick. Two musicians, Rick Dellow and Barry Benson, founded this brewery in nineteen ninety-seven after purchasing the equipment from a failed brewpub in Kelowna. They hauled the tanks into this former automotive repair shop and began crafting ales. Their flagship beer, the East Side Bitter, still defines the house style they established decades ago.
