Built in nineteen twenty-six for the Macdonald Manufacturing Company, the structure once produced millions of tin cans and lithographed metal containers. Today, it operates as a sprawling arts hub housing over two hundred tenants, including independent galleries, artist studios, and cultural non-profits. The factory floors, once humming with heavy machinery, now contain the quiet work of photographers, painters, and designers.
