This garden honors a local man who served as a medic during the first World War. In nineteen seventeen, while trying to rescue a wounded comrade under fire, Grissac died in the trenches. The town named this quiet riverfront space after him to mark his sacrifice, keeping the memory of the Levallois medic pinned to this specific bank.
