The shrine of Seyyed Taj od-Din Gharib is defined by its vibrant, tiled dome, which displays a distinct floral pattern of light blue and yellow against a white backdrop. Inside, the burial chamber is covered in intricate mirror work that reflects the soft light from the courtyard. Locals say this site marks the resting place of a descendant of the fourth Shia Imam, who arrived in Shiraz during the ninth century. He lived here in poverty, often sharing what little he had.
