Romano

Romano occupies a sturdy, two-story stone building on Jaffa Road that dates back to the nineteen forties. Its wide, open-air courtyard was once the center of a bustling textile and garment district. Today, the space functions as a communal hub for musicians, chefs, and artists. When Eyal Shani and his partners opened the restaurant here, they kept the raw, industrial feel of the old warehouse floors. A vintage record store sits tucked into a corner, still spinning vinyl for the crowd.
