Yom Tov Deli

other

The Yom Tov Deli is marked by jars of pickles, olives, and pickled lemons stacked high against the glass front. It began as a small stand in the Levinsky Market during the nineteen forties, started by the Maimon family after they moved to Tel Aviv from Turkey. While the surrounding market has changed with new cafes and trendy shops, the deli remains a source for dried fruits, spices, and hard-to-find cheeses that the family has sourced for three generations.
