Last Best Brewing & Distilling

The Last Best Brewing and Distilling building features a heavy, dark brick facade punctuated by a series of narrow, arched windows that span its street-facing side. This structure served as the original car showroom for the McLaughlin Motor Car Company during the early twentieth century. After the showroom moved, the site cycled through decades of use as a heavy industrial garage. Today, the copper stills inside process grain into spirits while the former auto bays house long wooden tables for beer drinkers.
