Bay Adelaide Centre East Tower

The Bay Adelaide Centre East Tower cuts a sharp, dark profile against the Toronto skyline with its staggered glass setbacks. This forty-four-story office building occupies a site that sat empty for almost two decades. During the late nineteen eighties, developers began building a massive structure here, but a real estate market crash halted the project, leaving only a skeletal concrete stump. The site remained a concrete ruin until the early two thousands, when new ownership finally cleared the old structure to build this tower.
