TOPS

The glass facade of TOPS stretches across the ground floor of a narrow building in the Kalamaja neighborhood. This spot functions as a neighborhood bar that maintains an intentionally dated aesthetic, complete with mismatched furniture and yellowed floral wallpaper rescued from Soviet-era apartments. During the nineties, this space housed a tiny shop selling groceries and cheap spirits to local residents. Now, the shelves hold rows of glassware and the kitchen serves snacks while the record player stays running through the night.
