The Serdika Tulip mural features a massive, swirling flower bursting with vibrant, surreal colors against the grey stone of the wall. Artists Arsek and Erase painted this piece as part of a push to bring large-scale public art to central Sofia. They finished the work in twenty eighteen, using a style that blends wild, organic shapes with mechanical detail. Beneath the petals, the wall preserves sections of ancient Roman ruins, forcing a strange conversation between the city’s deep history and contemporary urban life.
