The mural titled The Hug features a large, colorful image of an elderly woman embracing a young girl, both rendered in bright, soft tones on the side of a tall residential building. It appeared on the facade in two thousand eighteen as part of a city project to bring art to the gray, concrete blocks common in Sofia. When the artist, Nasimo, painted it, he drew inspiration from the genuine human connections he witnessed among neighbors in the city.
