Quebec City Mural

The Fresque des Québécois covers the entire side of a five-story building with a painted history of the city. Artists from Cité Création spent months layering portraits of local figures like Samuel de Champlain and Louis Jolliet onto the brick wall. They designed the perspective to make the painted windows and staircases appear as real extensions of the street. One detail sits hidden near the top right, where a cat keeps watch over the painted neighborhood from a ledge.
