Square Raspail

Square Raspail is an L shaped urban park that occupies space once dominated by heavy industry. You are walking through an area that retains the visual history of its past in the form of old factory walls that still stand along the edges of the grounds. The design of the square, which opened in its current form in 2015, intentionally juxtaposes these rough, historic stone remnants with a modern landscape of light gray concrete and golden benches.
