This structure once functioned as a humble public toilet facility before its conversion into a retail space. During the nineties, the area around the main train station struggled with heavy drug trade and crime, but the kiosk persisted as a fixture for late-night travelers. It remains one of the few places in the district that stays open throughout the entire night.
