Grand Hotel, Mumbai - Ballard Estate, Fort

The Grand Hotel sits at the corner of Ballard Estate with a distinct, weathered yellow facade and arched windows that hint at the colonial planning of the early twentieth century. It served as a harbor-side arrival point for travelers stepping off steamships at the nearby docks. During the nineteen thirties, the hotel became a primary hub for British officers and merchants.
