Villa Leonarda is a hillside estate defined by its cascading red-tiled roofs and heavy, weathered stone walls that appear to grow directly out of the jungle cliffside. Built in the mid-twentieth century, the house was the home of a local patron who opened the doors to artists and writers during the years Puerto Vallarta transformed from a sleepy fishing village into an international escape. The design prioritizes shade and airflow, with deep, vaulted corridors that connect every room to the Pacific breeze.
