It operates as a cornerstone of the Indautxu social scene, established decades ago as a space for neighborhood residents to gather for wine and pintxos. During the nineteen eighties, the bar became a primary meeting point for local activists and artists, serving as a hub where people debated the changing politics and culture of Bilbao over morning coffee.
