Bihotz is defined by the weathered, dark wooden facade that separates it from the glass and stone of the surrounding Bilbao neighborhood. It functions as a craft beer bar and coffee shop, a dual existence that keeps the stools occupied from early morning until late at night. Local residents started coming here because the owners, who came from the world of specialty coffee, refused to compromise on the roast of their beans or the label of their beer.
