El Globo is a narrow, corner building in Bilbao with a rounded, glass-enclosed balcony that wraps around its second floor like a ship's bridge. It operates as a bustling pintxos bar, but the structure dates back to nineteen twenty-six. Architects Manuel Galindez and Jose Maria Chapa designed the space, choosing to emphasize the sharp curve where the street turns. While the interior now caters to lunch crowds, the original facade still leans over the sidewalk, defined by that curved glass wall.
