Four Dogs Brewing Company sits behind a heavy glass door on the ground floor of an unassuming residential mid-rise. The taproom features polished concrete floors and long, communal wooden tables salvaged from old shipping crates. A group of neighbors started the brewery in twenty-sixteen, naming it after the four dogs they collectively owned. They wanted a neighborhood spot to drink beer brewed on-site, so they installed a five-barrel brewing system that fills the air with the smell of boiling malt and hops.
