Square des Brunettes occupies the space where a local dairy farm once stood. Its defining feature is a series of interconnected, brightly colored metal frames that resemble oversized children's building blocks, set against the quiet residential streets of Courbevoie. During the early nineteen seventies, the city planners shifted their focus toward integrating small, dedicated green pockets into this dense neighborhood. They installed these structures to define the park's perimeter, creating a contrast between the rigid, industrial geometry and the soft, organic park paths.
